By commissioning me, you fully agree to my TOS

I have a right to reject any commission that makes me uncomfortable. If given artistic freedom on your commission without any preferences, I might reject excessive changes to the piece due to time.

I have the right to all artwork made to promote for advertising purposes and display on social media. I will always give client credit and I will always ask if there is a certain date that I can’t post before, to make sure that I won't spoil your debut or projects.

Unless otherwise specified, the usage of my commissions is not for commercial use.

Please credit me either in your twitch panels or when posting on social media. You can use my Carrd if you are unsure what to credit.

Once the design has been approved by you, there will be no more changes or edits to the design.

Once I have started your commission, no refunds will be accepted. If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you may be entitled to full or partial refund.

If you need your commission before a certain date, you must let me know 2 weeks ahead of time.

I do not permit my work to be used in any sort of AI and do not work with AI-generated references

Any violation of this TOS can result in the rejection of the current or future commissions from said client.

All sales are final. There are no refunds.
